Happy New Year! CES 2026 was at Las Vegas, and if you want to feel excited about technologies that will shape up the near future, just watch Jensen Huang’s keynote speech. Jensen spent a lot of time emphasizing physical AI and robotics, including a cute and now viral video of the Hugging Face Reachy Mini robot working as an agent and helping its owner with tasks such as preparing to-do lists, sending emails, and rendering sketches into videos. If you have access to a Reachy Mini, you can re-create what was shown in the video using these steps documented at Hugging Face. It is a great project to learn agentic AI skills and technology.
For Vector robot fans, I am sure that Vector would have done a better job than Reachy Mini given the superior quality of animations and overall cuteness compared to Reachy Mini.
