Updates on Humanoid robots
This post is a quick update on the progress on humanoid robots. If 2022 was the year of ChatGPT, 2023 the year of open source Large Language models, then 2024 has definitely been year where humanoid robots have made a big splash. As per this article from Andra Keay, there are 41 different humanoid robots being commercialized in 2024, which means these will be selling and deployed in 2025. I will also be going to the Humanoids Summit in Mountain View, California next week, from where I will report with videos and substance. Please look out for posts from me.
